Refund policy

At Pick & Pay Lot, we source direct imported container lots, surplus goods, and rare decorative items at wholesale liquidation prices. Because these are heavily discounted, limited lot items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind.

24-Hour Transit Protection:
We carefully bubble-wrap and box every product before shipping. If your item arrives broken, cracked, damaged, or completely incorrect:
1. Contact our team on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
2. Share clear photos or a short video of the outer parcel box, the courier flyer, and the damaged item.
3. Once verified, we will arrange an immediate replacement (if available in stock) or provide store credit.

Claims sent after 24 hours of delivery cannot be entertained.
