What is a "Lot" item?
Lot items are genuine goods brought in directly from overseas container shipments. They are high-quality products, unique home items, and rare collectibles that you get at low wholesale prices instead of paying high shop rates.
Can I pay with Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! You do not need a bank card. You simply pay cash to the delivery rider when your parcel reaches your doorstep anywhere in Pakistan.
Can I open the box before paying the rider?
Courier company rules in Pakistan do not allow riders to open sealed packages before collecting payment. However, your order is 100% safe with us. Just take a short video while opening your parcel. If anything is broken inside, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours and we will fix it for you.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Because lot items are rare, single pieces sold at deep discounts, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. We inspect every piece by hand before packing so you get exactly what you see.
How many days will delivery take?

Islamabad & Rawalpindi: 1 to 2 working days.

Other major cities (Lahore, Karachi, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.
